Embedded PC/104 expansion
modules can be stacked over or under a MicroSpace module and add a wide
variety of capabilities. MicroSpace modules can be embedded directly into
your own circuit board as if they were large chips. Connections to the
peripheral are via flatband cable that will attach to headers on the PC/104
board. Stand-alone MicroSpace modules can also function as the heart of
the machine, providing a CPU, RAM, SSD, Flash, serial and parallel ports,
floppy- and hard-disk interface, real-time clock, keyboard, and speaker.
The compactness of the MicroSpace boards and its low power consumption
allow you to directly interface to your own logic, making it ideal for
a vast area of system control applications.
